Thanks to everyone who participated in the Potomac primary process by canvassing and phone banking with Latinos for Obama-Casa Blanca Project and all the other grassroots and national campaign Latino efforts, Senator Obama made it a Potomac sweep tonight!
Not only did Senator Obama complete the Potomac Sweep, but according to CNN, Senator Obama carried the Latino vote in Maryland and Virginia!!! We are making history and showing the country that when Latinos learn more about Senator Obama including his policy positions and personal history, we vote Obama! You play a key role in the education process for our community and as the results showed tonight, each and every one of you is doing OUTSTANDING work!!!
Latinos for Obama - Casa Blanca Project will continue providing members with information on how to participate in the upcoming primaries in Wisconsin, Hawaii, Ohio and Texas through mostly phone banking, letter writing and canvassing opportunities. In order to continue preparing for the upcoming primaries, please continue developing a phone/email database of all your contacts both Spanish and English speaking that have an interest in reaching out to Latino voters.
