Barack Obama Accepts the Democratic Nomination for President

Hermanos y Hermanas:

Yesterday, Barack Obama accepted the Democratic nomination for President of the United States of America. This could not have happened without you.

But this is just the beginning. The general election is going to be faster and tougher than anything we've faced so far. And our opponents will do everything they can to tear us down. This campaign belongs to supporters like you who have built this movement from the bottom up. The stakes have never been higher. We cannot afford to continue the disastrous Republican policies of the past eight years that have put this country into an economic downturn, while placing education and healthcare out of reach for millions of hard-working of Americans. Join Barack Obama to bring the troops home from Iraq and restore America’s standing in the global community. ¡SÍ SE PUEDE!

Obama/Biden have this Latina's vote. UNBELIEVABLE how the Republicans have insulted American women by putting a female with zero leadership experience as their VP candidate in a pathetic attempt to grab Hillary supporters.

A mayor of an Alaskan town with 9000 people is qualified to lead? How dare the Republicans try to say Obama is unfit to be a leader when they have put a woman on the slate whose leadership largely consists of overseeing her town's fire department. What a bunch of hypocrites!!

Lies, lies and more lies. Governor of Alaska Sarah Palin has more governmental administrative experience than Barak H. Obama. She as Governor of Alaska, has better credentials to be President than Obama. Obama, junior Senator of Illinois has spent his entire time in the Senate organizing his Presidential campaign and running for the Presidency, very little time actually doing his job in the Senate. Governor Palin has really struck a nerve within the Demoncraps because they know she is more than capable to be the VP. She will bring in a lot of women/mom votes as well as those undecided voters. The more we learn about her, the more people will like her, and the more crap from Obama, the less likeable he becomes. People are starting to see right thru the media created fraud and scripted blah-blah that is Obama.

Why shouldn't Latinos finally have a president who is worldly and lived/worked among us?

Enough with the Evangelicals running this country. The past 8 years have shown us that many of them are total hypocrites who are no moral than those of us of other faiths.

Why aren't universal healthcare and education "family values"?

VIVA OBAMA!
