AMR ON CALL COORDINATOR (NEED 1 MORE PERSON) in Chicago. Part-time, weekend position. Will support staffing activity of AMR, primarily RN hospital and POP staffing needs. Must have great phone skills, strong attn to detail, problem solving abilities. Will book shifts and work with staffing partners and clients to deliver same level of service as when our offices are open! SEEKING 3 DIRECT HIRE RECRUITERS for Deerfield, Chicago, & Downers Grove Will directly recruit candidates, interview, and assess candidates. Person must have a sales orientation and if someone does not like cold calling, they are not a suitable candidate for this job. Will spend tons of time on the phone sourcing candidate names and making direct recruiting calls. Match candidates to open direct hire positions, prep candidates, debrief after interviews, and manage the offer/acceptance process. Must be very disciplined, focused, and diligent about accomplishing activity goals. Deliver customer service via answering all phone calls and greeting all guests. Manage all aspects of the payroll process. LEAD PROGRAMMER/ANALYST Main resp. includes programming and analysis of the application software business systems that are acquired by or developed at Advanced i.e. TempWorks. Must have demonstrated success in an IT career, including proficieny in programming. 3-5 yrs experience with MS SQL (6.5 or higher), MS NT(certification) - server & workstation understanding, MS ACCESS, and MS Visual Basic. Ability to understand front/back office flow critical.

LEAD SYSTEMS ENGINEER Responsible for network design and administration. Must have demonstrated track record in designing and maintaining NT networks - will also support telecommunications. Experience with Lotus Notes, Microsoft Systems Certified Engineer (MCSE) certification required. Strong proficiency with LAN/WAN. 3-5 yrs experience minimum.
